Entirely handmade by me and constructed from thick sterling silver, this stunning necklace is set with thirteen colourful, genuine gemstones. Her body is lightly textured and decorated with a triple moon and features an amethyst and green onyx. She has a red garnet eye. Her 'dangles' consist of individual gemstones, each set in it's own handmade setting and connected with handmade links. Each link is soldered closed to prevent it coming apart and any piece getting lost. She hangs from an amethyst in an individually handmade setting, which in turn hangs from an 18" oxidised silver chain finished with a handmade clasp. The silver has been oxidised, highlighted and waxed with a microcrystalline wax to help protect the lightly oxidised surface. Oxidisation is a surface treatment that can continue to lighten with wear. As with all of my pieces, each and every jump ring is soldered closed to prevent any piece of the pendant coming apart or getting lost.
