Silver Moon Gazing Hare PendantA sweet hare gazes up to the moon, shining low in the dark night sky.....
This pendant is entirely handmade by me in my Oxfordshire studio. The hare, star and moon are individually hand cut from sterling silver and set on a domed silver 'sky' which I have textured to give a 'starry' background. The sterling silver chain is finished with a hand-made silver hook and the silver has been oxidised and highlighted and waxed to give a lovely night-time feel. Oxidisation is a surface treatment which can continue to lighten with wear. As with every piece I make, all jump rings are soldered closed for security. Comes gift boxed.
