Cybersilver Jewellery Designs sends all orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed.
On their website, Royal Mail states that - 'If you need to send valuables, money or jewellery, you should use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed as this will enable you to claim compensation in the unlikely event of loss or damage. Valuables sent using any other service are not eligible for compensation.'
Royal Mail's definition of jewellery includes - 'Any precious metal ......... and precious stone'
UK Delivery Charges
To ensure you receive your jewellery safely and promptly, orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery to addresses in the UK. This is a guaranteed next-day service (excluding weekends, bank holidays and the Christmas period) which includes tracking, insurance, and signed-for delivery. You will be issued with your unique tracking number as soon as your item has been posted. The price for this service is £6.65 for small parcels under 100 grammes and £7.50 for small parcels over 100 grammes. If you have not received your item the day after it has been posted (excluding national holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) please contact me via email - [email protected]
International Delivery Charges
International delivery charges cover Europe, Canada and the United States of America. If you are interested in making a purchase for delivery elsewhere, please contact me via email - [email protected]
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. You will be issued with your unique tracking number as soon as your item has been posted. This is a tracked, insured and signed for service at a cost of £12.60. If you have not received your item within 14 days (excluding national holidays and Sundays), please contact me via email - [email protected]
Please note that Cybersilver Jewellery Designs is not liable for any international import duties. Please check whether import tax is applicable in your country before placing your order. Please note that where applicable, any customs charges incurred on returned goods from non-collection will be deducted from any refund.

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct as I cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery details. Orders returned to me due to incorrect delivery details may incur additional shipping costs.
